Payment

Dispatch & Delivery

Once payment has been received, the team at TEELab will advise of the timeframe for your items to be produced and shipped. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. All shipments are made via a trackable courier service. Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us immediately.

Cautions and Warnings

Please ensure you read the warnings and care labels on receipt of the product. TEELab will not accept responsibility for damages if the warning and care label instructions were not followed.
