Is there a minimum quantity required to order custom apparel?

Yes, the minimum quantity is 10 items per order. We may still be able to complete your job if you can't meet the minimums, but extra charges will apply.

Can I purchase blank clothing?

No, we do not offer the sale of blank clothing, you must have a custom design to add.

What are the types of branding I can choose from?

What type of design file do I need to provide?

All artwork must be supplied as .ai or .eps files. If not available, redraw charge may apply. PMS (Pantone Matching System) colours, print positions and sizes are also required.

What is the turnaround time?

Once your order is placed and payment has been made, we can provide you with an estimated delivery date. Please note, this may change based on factors like stock availability. Please let us know if you have a deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
